Our own Gigi Drummond made it all the way from California to join in the fun, Uncle Roy spent some quality time (and a damned good story or two) with us, Turley is on a bit of a slide with his sports book, with a few less dollars amassed after last week's round of betting with John, Bobbo's pulling some chemically challenged guitar time around the house, and JD (thank goodness!) manages somehow to keep the whole gang in line. And, we've got another great round of Wolfe Pack Jeopardy, lots of insightful Car Talk, our own "take" on whatever in the hell is wrong with Elon Musk, and a full basket of our inimitable style of conversation about music, media, news and politics...and it's all right here. Johnny C. just LOVES to buy cars, and he's bidding them as if he were knee deep into a newly developed gambling addiction--and if you ask Mike Turley, he most assuredly has--plenty of big sports tips, predictions, lines and recommendations for those who'd like to lose a buck or three in a weekend PACKED with great matchups! We've also got a ton of the best talk that runs the gamut of our favorite topics: politics, news and world culture, and surprise post-Turkey Day visits from our old friends Randy the Chipmunk, Keith Richards, Libby the Liberal, and more! Let's take a trip down memory lane to Thanksgivings past! John Clay Wolfe's foreign in-laws are in town and they're ready to have a ball! They've got everything packed and ready and they've even got a dog sitter, but the trip gets canned and John's left with a dilemma. Do they pick up the dog (that just so happens to love to leave behind a nice yelllow stain one all of John's clothes) or do they let IT Rob handle it for the rest of the week? What would you do?

Here in the Wolfe Pack, we're always downright overjoyed to make it back to Saturday to spend time with all our friends cracking jokes and talking about what's on our minds...but we're not beyond a little foreshadowing: This weekend is our last stop before the REAL Holiday Season begins, and...well, we've got a LOT to get off our minds! Elon Musk is getting weird AGAIN (and wrecking the whole Twitter brand for no good damned reason at all), our own Car Guru Johnny C. has every reason to believe that EVs are a half century away from true fruition, despite impending regulations and legislation, and by God, it's getting hard to bet on football by any discernibly profitable margin...but it's our last gasp before that poor old turkey is roasted to perfection. So sit back and enjoy our own brand of perfectly prepared, gab, gaff, and good old Saturday fun, before Thanksgiving is upon us. And cheers, neighbor! We've made it this far, we might as well be all in! This Natty Light is for you. Thanks so much for hanging with us.

JCW ARCHIVE: Randy’s Nutty Trip

Digging around Randy's nut stash and we found a real gem! In this week's throwback clip we've got the beloved chipmunk Randy and his friend Rusty stoned out of their minds after finding a chronic stash. Lo and behold a Planters truck arrives right on time and whisks Randy away to Northwest Texas! Let's just hope the coyotes in Lubbock arent that smart...
